![]() Apparently I was right: Because of Catalina’s improved privacy settings, Logitech Options wasn’t working correctly and failing to recognise the mouse. Logitech Options software wasn’t recognising mouse properly, so I thought, maybe that’s where the issue is. To deactivate an app, right click its icon in the dock and select Quit option (or choose Logitech Control Center Quit Logitech Control Center on the Menu bar). Prior to the removal of Logitech Control Center, you should first log into your Mac with an administrator account, and turn Logitech Control Center off if it is running. If you already clicked ‘Deny’, please do the following to allow access manually: Launch System Preferences. Even after updating the Logitech software to the latest Logitech Control Center version for my devices (v3.9. I'm using Bluetooth until Logitech updates the Unifying Software for Catalina, but Bluetooth isn't nearly as smooth for me as using the USB dongle.
